Fundraiser Period
The Mascota Bulldog Faith Tequila Rosa Pink Edition Fundraiser begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on 8/15/26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 8/29/26.
Eligible opportunities received after the fundraiser closes will not be included in the random drawing.
How to Participate
Supporters may participate by making a qualifying donation through the official Givebutter campaign.
Qualifying donations receive opportunities as follows:

There is no limit to the number of qualifying donations a participant may make during the fundraiser period.
Free Alternative Method of Entry
No donation is necessary to participate.
To receive one (1) opportunity without making a donation, mail a handwritten 3” × 5” card containing:
- Full Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 8/22/26 and received by 8/29/26
Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per household.
Random Drawing
All eligible opportunities received during the fundraiser period, whether through a qualifying donation or the free alternative method of entry, will be combined into a single pool.
One (1) eligible opportunity will be selected at random.
Each eligible opportunity has an equal chance of being selected.
The random drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the fundraiser closes.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible opportunities received.
Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Be legal residents of the United States.
- Reside in a jurisdiction where shipment and receipt of alcohol is lawful.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Employees, officers, directors, board members, and immediate family members of Foster Army Animal Rescue are not eligible to be selected.
Mascota Spirits has generously donated the prize but is not responsible for administering this fundraiser.
Prize
One (1) eligible participant will receive:
Mascota Bulldog Faith Tequila Rosa Pink Edition
The prize includes:
- Handcrafted ceramic bulldog decanter
- Premium collector’s doghouse display box
- 750 ml bottle
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $235
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Foster Army Animal Rescue reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Notification
The selected participant will be notified using the email address or phone number provided during participation.
If the selected participant:
- Cannot be contacted,
- Is determined to be ineligible,
- Does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, or
- Cannot lawfully receive the prize,
Foster Army Animal Rescue may conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible opportunities.
Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped directly by Mascota Spirits or its designated fulfillment partner.
The selected participant must:
- Verify they are at least 21 years of age.
- Comply with all carrier age-verification requirements.
- Sign for delivery if required.
Shipment is available only where permitted by law.
Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the selected participant.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Foster Army Animal Rescue to announce the selected participant’s first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Foster Army Animal Rescue, Mascota Spirits, Givebutter, and each of their respective officers, directors, volunteers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in this fundraiser or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this fundraiser will be used solely for administering the fundraiser and in accordance with Foster Army Animal Rescue’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Fundraiser
Foster Army Animal Rescue reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this fundraiser if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control affects the fair administration of the fundraiser.
Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting a qualifying donation or a free alternative method of entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules and certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.
